The authorization of ALKOSEL^{® R397}, Lallemand’s organic selenium yeast product based on specific yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae NCYC R397, has been published on June, 8th 2007 in the Official Journal of the European Union.

ALKOSEL^{® R397} is now authorized in Europe as a nutritional feed additive for all animal species under the number EC N°3b8.11.
