M-Glucan is a feed material for use in all animal species. M-Glucan helps support the natural defenses of animals. It contains Saccharomyces cerevisiae‘s cell wall fractions and is rich in ß-1,3/1,6-glucans.

The yeast cells are processed in a highly controlled system to optimize the content in ß-1,3/1,6-glucans.
Yeast mannoprotein outer layer is removed to increase ß-glucans’ exposure. ß-glucans are demonstrated to help modulate the immune system.
M-Glucan can be used in organic production under regulation (EC) No 2018/848.
