ProTernative contains Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii CNCM I-1079, a lower gut-specific live yeast strain backed by more than 60 years of efficacy and research documentation related to gastrointestinal health in humans and monogastric animals. ProTernative acts in the lower gastrointestinal tract, which means it can play a vital role in ruminant youngstock where the rumen is not yet fully developed.
