ProTernative® Milk is a specialized formulation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardii CNCM I-1079, is a proven active dry yeast probiotic that positively supports the immune system of cattle.
ProTernative Milk is specifically designed to achieve the highest level of dispersion in milk replacer, raw or waste milk fed to neonatal calves.
A 5-gram feeding supplies 10 billion colony-forming units (CFU) of S. c. boulardii CNCM I-1079 per head per day. When additional challenges are present a 10-gram feeding rate, which supplies 20 billion CFU of S. c. boulardii CNCM I-1079, is recommended.
ProTernative Milk is available in 3 and 20 kilogram packages.
