Product details
EAZYBED DRY is a bedding conditioner for use in all livestock animals/species. It contains live bacteria specifically formulated and selected for bedding/litter applications, cellulytic enzymes working in synergy with the bacteria and hydrophilic carriers.
How it works
EAZYBED DRY encourages positive fermentations by the inclusion of beneficial microorganisms and enzymes in the animal environment.
It helps promote the development of beneficial microorganisms to maintain bedding quality, farm environment, livestock benefits, and fertilizing values of manure.
The carrier have been selected for their good moisture absorption properties as well as their “physical properties” to enable efficient and homogeneous spreading on any type of bedding material.
Why it matters
The animal environment quality is crucial parameter to consider for animal health and welfare.
Throughout the production cycle, the animal bedding experiences considerable changes. At the animals’ entry, the housing is clean and comfortable. However, the presence of animals and their excrements can disrupt the microbial balance in the stable. Ultimately, when the microbial ecosystem is significantly degraded, the risk of infection and disease may increase and impact animal health. In addition, the management of the manure and slurry will be suboptimal.
Applications
EAZYBED DRY is a ready to use bacterial bedding conditioner.
It can be applied to various species-housing areas including stalls, bedding, and all floor surfaces like slatted floors, exercise areas…
Depending on the animal species, regular weekly applications vary from 40g to 400g per animal.
Do not use it in combination with disinfectants or hydrated lime as it may affect the survivability of the bacteria.
